Well-maintained and super clean place with a really helpful and friendly staff when I needed assistance. They serve a wide range of delicious meals, and the food is really impressive! 🍽️

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location for Zhongli was favorable and perfect, really close to the main bus and train station and the restaurant and easy to be dropped off. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Zhongli.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They even provided fresh water bottles and toiletries every day. The location was convenient, close to the main bus and train station, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Zhongli.

this hotel is nicely designed and immaculately clean with unbeatable location very close to the restaurant and extremely helpful staff. the room is beautifully designed & compact. the breakfast is more than adequate and excellent with continental cuisine, western options and also good coffee, has everything you need. the property provides a very efficient service.

We loved our stay at Hotel Mu. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very attentive. The location was convenient, as it was right by the main bus and train station. The breakfast offered a great variety of Taiwanese options and delicious coffee, along with Continental cuisine.

The breakfast is more than adequate and satisfactory, offered with Continental cuisine, Taiwanese options plus good coffee.

I loved this hotel! The staff at the hotel were fantastic - always polite, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast every morning was amazing - there were so many different options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean and well kept. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect for me - it was very close to everything, including the airport and the Zhongli night market which was only a 15 minute walk away.

Had an awesome time during Thanksgiving at this hotel! The staff were really welcoming and friendly. I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast bento boxes, they even packed two for our early morning flight! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was just perfect, not too far from the airport, High-Speed Rail, and places to eat. The 24-hour lobby was also very convenient.

Honestly, I had no major complaints. The only thing was that they could have had more variety in their food choices.

This hotel is a great option for those who want to be close to the airport. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We appreciated the easy drive to the airport and the various nearby eating places and market. the breakfast was a good spread with both local and European options.

One of the negatives of our stay was that the night market and department store were further than we expected. Another downside was that the air-conditioning was a bit noisy when turning on.

Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding. From the complimentary postcards to the thoughtful gesture of providing to-go breakfast boxes, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lastly, the location in the residential area was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we needed.

One of the best things about this hotel is its friendly and efficient staff. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Another great aspect is the location. Situated near the train station, bus stations, and a variety of restaurants and shops, everything is easily accessible. Lastly, the rooms are modern, clean, and functional, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay.

There was just one small drawback, and that was the limited space for storage in the rooms. But aside from that, everything was perfect.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are immaculately clean with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast is extensive, featuring a variety of high-quality options. Guests will also appreciate the little touches such as free water and tea in the lobby.

The elevator system could be a little more user-friendly, as guests need to use their room key every time they use the elevator which can be inconvenient.
